  • While we work with reliable carriers, shipping times may be affected by carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We aim for delight, not disappointment. If you change your mind:

  • Most unused products in original condition and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Custom, personalized, or final‑sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
