At Resilient Gems, we believe that receiving your treasures should be as delightful as wearing them. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take longer. We’ll notify you if there’s any delay.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly:

  • Standard Shipping (Free on orders $150+) – 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping – 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping – 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM EST for next-day delivery)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $150: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Orders $150 or more: Free standard shipping within the U.S.

  • International shipping: Contact us for rates and delivery estimates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order until it reaches your doorstep.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Resilient Gems is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipment confirmation.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we’ll help resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
