Eligibility

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered pieces returned in their original packaging and condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please contact our Client Care team at info@resilientgems.com within 14 days to request a return or exchange. We will provide you with personalized assistance and a prepaid shipping label for domestic returns.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed promptly after we receive and inspect your returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your piece for a different style or size, please let us know. We’ll work closely with you to make the process seamless.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as pierced earrings and customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
